Hume Health is a US wearables company whose thesis is that a fitness band should tell you your health status, not just your step count. The Hume Band runs a five-LED, four-photodiode PPG array — more optical hardware than most wrist trackers carry — to produce a single Health Score alongside heart rate, HRV, SpO2, skin temperature, sleep and, new in the 2.0 generation, blood pressure trends.
