Deviate NITRO 3
₹15,999 · choose a size
Puma's do-everything plated trainer. A full-length carbon PWRPLATE sits between two NITROELITE layers, and the whole thing is wrapped in enough PUMAGRIP to survive a full marathon block. It is quicker than most super trainers and comfortable enough for a 30K long run — a lot of runners simply race in it and skip the dedicated race shoe entirely.
First Stride lists EU sizing as the primary scale, with UK equivalents on each size button. Running shoes should have a thumb's width of room at the toe — if you are between sizes, take the larger one. Wide feet should size up half in Asics and Nike.

Weight
Puma Deviate NITRO 3: Deviate NITRO 3 carries its carbon PWRPLATE and knit reinforcement at 268g.
Xtep 160X 6.0 Pro: The 160X 6.0 Pro is dramatically lighter at 195g — a 73g gap between two carbon-plated trainers with almost identical stack heights.
Plate & foam
Puma Deviate NITRO 3: Deviate NITRO 3 runs a full-length carbon PWRPLATE over dual NITROELITE/NITROFOAM layers.
Xtep 160X 6.0 Pro: The 160X 6.0 Pro's recipe is genuinely similar — full-length carbon plate over dual-density supercritical foam — the difference is mostly tuning and brand polish, not architecture.
Upper
Puma Deviate NITRO 3: Deviate NITRO 3's knit upper with PWRTAPE reinforcement is built for durability over many sessions.
Xtep 160X 6.0 Pro: The 160X 6.0 Pro's jacquard/twill mesh keeps weight down at some cost to structure.
