The Deviate NITRO Elite 4 pairs a full-length NITROFOAM midsole with an intricately sculpted carbon PWRPLATE — varying width, cutouts and flowing grooves instead of a simple flat blade — for a spring-like effect that maximises energy transfer at pace. It is 12% lighter than the previous generation and rides more naturally than most super shoes, with geometry best suited to rear- and midfoot strikers.
First Stride lists EU sizing as the primary scale, with UK equivalents on each size button. Running shoes should have a thumb’s width of room at the toe — if you are between sizes, take the larger one. Wide feet should size up half in Asics and Nike.
