The Zoom Fly has always been the accessible entry point into Nike's plated line-up, and the 6 closes the gap to the Alphafly further than any generation before it. A full-length carbon Flyplate sits inside a taller ZoomX midsole — the highest stack of any Nike racer bar the Alphafly itself — for a rocker that rewards committed, faster paces. Eliud Kipchoge tested the shoe through his own build-up in Eldoret, and it shows: stable enough for tempo work, sharp enough for race morning.
First Stride lists EU sizing as the primary scale, with UK equivalents on each size button. Running shoes should have a thumb’s width of room at the toe — if you are between sizes, take the larger one. Wide feet should size up half in Asics and Nike.
